The NFL will finally unveil the full 2024 schedule on May 15, according to a memo from league executive vice president Hans Schroeder that was obtained by the Sports Business Journal's Ben Fischer.

Teams had been anticipating the release to happen later this week. Over the past two years, the league's schedule was announced on the second Thursday of May. The reason for the delay was not mentioned in the memo.

The league teased a schedule announcement during the NFL draft but did not reveal a date.

While fans await the full release, some games were revealed ahead of time.

The league will host a game in Brazil for the first time in Week 1, when the Philadelphia Eagles take on the Green Bay Packers in a rare Friday matchup that will be streamed on Peacock.

The International Series will see the NFL play four games in Europe, with three games in London and one game taking place in Germany. The Chicago Bears, Minnesota Vikings, and Jacksonville Jaguars will serve as the home teams for the games in England. The Carolina Panthers were named the home team for the contest in Munich.

There will also be a Christmas double-header.
